twodogs.ch was founded in 2019.

The socks are made from 82% polyester, 15% cotton and 3% elastane.

The cotton inner sole ensures that your feet don't sweat and are comfortable, and the polyester outer layer ensures that the colours remain bright even after countless washes.

Yes, the socks can be washed in the washing machine. We recommend washing them on a cold cycle (max. 30 - 40°C) with a mild detergent.

No, you don't have to crop the photo yourself. We cut it out for you so that it really looks great!

We always try to crop the photo so that it looks the best.
Most of the time we only crop out the face so that the end result looks like the images on the product page.
If the photo has already been cropped by the customer and has a transparent background, it will be used as is.

If you would like us to crop the photo in a specific way, please let us know - either through an order note or by emailing info@twodogs.ch with your order number and instructions on how to crop the photo.

Up to 3 photos/faces per pair of socks are included in the price of the socks. If you would like to order a pair with more than 3 faces, please contact us via the contact form before ordering

As we process each order manually to guarantee the best result, we are unfortunately unable to automatically show you an exact preview.

But rest assured - we will make sure it looks fantastic!

For the best result, please choose a high-resolution photo with a clearly visible and well-lit face/subject.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the photo after ordering. Please make sure you are happy with the selected photo before placing your order.

We usually design, print and dispatch your socks the next day after you place your order.
The dispatch time depends on the destination country.
